New Tiny Home Community Forming

We will be developing a 62+ active adult, with low to moderate incomes, community for veterans and will construct small homes for purchase by veterans on 391 acres in Graysville, TN.
We will have between 80 and 120 homesites with a well-developed community life area which will include a large community house, a fitness center, picnic and outdoor gathering areas, nature trails and a community owned Co-op store.
