Pad established for 8 x 24 tiny house in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. Very quiet and private neighborhood with access to everything Tahoe has to offer; hiking, biking, river rafting, ski resorts, beaches, restaurants and other entertainment out your backdoor.
Rent is $750/mo with a security deposit of $300 refundable upon inspection of the site and termination of the lease.
Pad has 50 amp electric, water hook up -- we do require you have natures head or your preferred composting toilet. High Speed WiFi available for additional $45/month.
Quiet low footprint applicant must have proof of funds, three excellent references, prior rental history, and okay with a background check ($40 applicant fee).
Pets Welcome, Cats and Well Behaved Dogs must be spayed or neutered and current with Vet.
